Complaints and suggestions

At Inter-Being Psychologists, we do our utmost to provide our clients with the best possible care. Still, it may happen that you have a complaint or are not satisfied with the care provided. You may have complaints about decisions about your treatment. Or you may feel that your therapist is not complying with the agreements made about your treatment. You may be of the opinion that an Inter-Being Psychologists employee has been careless with you or with your medical records.

The easiest way to make your complaint known is to discuss this directly with your therapist and / or with the main practitioner.

 

Complaints procedure
If you cannot reach an agreement with your therapist and / or the main practitioner, there is always the option to file a complaint. You can submit a complaint in various ways. In 
the flyer Klachtenportaal you can read which steps you can take if you are not satisfied as our client, but also as a family member or close relative of a client.

In addition to these external possibilities, a complaint may also be submitted to the regional disciplinary board (www.tuchtcollege-gezondheidszorg.nl) or to the mental health inspection www.igj.nl and landelijkmeldpuntzorg.nl.
