Centrally located in Groningen, our multi-disciplinary team offers culturally sensitive mental health care for a broad range of symptoms to expats, internationals, international students and Dutch professionals, with therapy mainly in English.
Persistent worry, panic or low mood that keeps getting in the way. We help you understand it and find your footing again.
Running on empty, over-extended or exhausted. Rebuild your energy and set boundaries that hold.
Recurring patterns in how you relate to yourself and others that you'd like to shift.
Settling into a new country: loneliness, homesickness and finding your identity between cultures.
Processing painful or overwhelming experiences and loss, safely and at your own pace.
A safe, non-judgemental space for questions about intimacy, identity and connection.
Assessment and support for living and thriving with a neurodivergent mind, depending on your specific support need.
The bigger questions about who you are, what matters to you and where you're heading.

Make an appointment and send your GP referral and details. We check whether we're the right fit.

Once a therapist becomes available, we schedule one or more sessions to get to know you and your situation.

We discuss your diagnosis, goals and estimated treatment duration, and agree together on how to move forward.

Face-to-face by default, with online sessions available as part of blended therapy. Regular check-ins on your progress until treatment is complete.
