Inter-Being Psychologists finds it very important to carefully handle with your personal data. Due to this we would hereby like to inform you about how we handle your data with this privacy statement.
The law requires gz-psychologists, clinical psychologists and clinical neuropsychologists to create a file. This file records the data that are necessary to provide good care and / or to carefully carry outdiagnostics. The law obliges us to keep the files for fifteen years.
As a client, you are entitled to view or request a copy of the information included in your file. If you find factual inaccuracies in the file, you can ask us to improve or supplement this information. If you do not agree with the information included in the file, you can request us to add your own statement (your opinion) to the file. You also have the right to request us to destroy (parts of) your file. For all rights applies that we respond to your request. We can only (partially) reject your request if we believe that the interests and safety of others, for example your children, are being damaged.
As gz-psychologists, clinical psychologists and clinical neuropsychologists, we have a duty of confidentiality. This means that we only speak about you with others with your explicit consent. Only in special cases does the law give us the right to provide information without your consent. In such cases, as a rule, we will also first contact you to discuss this with you.
